- Check-in time : from 2 p.m.
- Check-out time : until 11.30 a.m.
- Late check-out after 11.30 a.m., 50% of the room rate will be charged.
- Late check-out after 2 p.m., 100% of the room rate will be charged.

- Payment : Thai Baht cash pay upon arrival or 2% surcharge for credit card payment.
- Cancellation Policy : 72 hr. before arrival day with free of charge (less than 72 hr., full price charge).
- No show : full price charge.

- Private room: Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding (one children/room). Over 6 years old is considered as adult.
- Minimum age to stay in a dorm is 15 years old.

- Visitors or Non-registered guests are not allowed to use guest amenities and get inside the area behind Front Desk. (THB 2,000 fine for breaking the rules)

- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. You can smoke in designated smoking area.
- Key card or any properties loss or damage will be charged (subjected to house’s rule).
- Pets are not allowed.
- No extra bed provided.
